Things you DON't want to hear...

Something you DO NOT want to hear when you go to pick your daughter up from the neighbor's after work:

Her with the neighbor's DIAMOND earring in her hand. And when you ask in a super-high-pitched-please-say-this-isn't-happening voice, "Clarey, where's the other one?" You hear:
"I don't know, mommy."

Something you DO NOT want to hear when you see said neighbor's husband coming home from school and you've said to him, "I'm so sorry about the lost earring!!" And he says, to you, "What earring? The ones I had custom made for her?"

Something you DO NOT want to hear when you relate the sad tale to grandpa... Gut wrenching LAUGHTER!!
