Preschool field trips rule and this one was the best yet. Our local firefighters let the kids watch them get all suited up, they let them crawl all over the fire truck, shoot the fire hose!, tour the fire house and watch them slide down the fire pole. It was a very exciting day for an almost 4 year old!!! :-)

What an awesome excursion! Looks like Shea and his classmates had a blast. Shea's obviously the most lovable kid in the group, because he's the only one who's sitting up on the fender with the big guys.
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the great injustices of adulthood! If I went to a firehouse and asked to sit in the fire engine or play with the hose, they'd probably call the cops.
